I have shopped at the Old Market Hall every Saturday for years, so I know most of the stallholders and which ones still bring produce from small family farms outside the city. On camera I stay close to the counters, asking questions on your behalf rather than describing the stalls from a distance. I also studied local wine for a sommelier course, which is why I take viewers to a cellar beneath the castle hill during a separate call session. I keep my sessions honest about quality, since not every stall in the hall deserves equal praise.
