Ketevan Dumbadze

My family has sold cheese at Batumi's Central Market for two generations, so filming there feels like showing people my own kitchen rather than a tourist stop. On camera I move between the cheese, hazelnut and citrus stalls at an easy pace, explaining what makes Adjarian cheese different from what is sold elsewhere in Georgia. I also plan food-focused days for people by call, working out which markets and bakeries actually suit their time in the city. I like to let the stallholders talk when they are willing, and I translate rather than speak over them.
