I studied art history in Poznan with a focus on Baroque interiors, so Fara Church's decoration is something I could talk about for far longer than any of my calls actually run. On camera I try to let the gold detail speak for itself rather than describing every inch of it. At the Palm House I like the quiet of the glasshouse, especially on a grey day, and I always point out at least one plant most visitors would otherwise walk straight past. I am still fairly new to guiding, so I keep my sessions focused rather than trying to cover too much.
