Kristján Arnarson

I studied archaeology at the University of Iceland and worked briefly at the National Museum before moving into guiding, so its collection and the streets around it are where my sessions are strongest. On camera I like explaining what a single object in the collection tells you about the wider settlement period, and I plan calls around the northern lights forecast for anyone hoping to see them properly. Four years of guiding has taught me to keep sessions focused on one clear thread rather than trying to cover too much history at once. I always answer questions properly as they come.
