My family came over from Cork two generations back, and Bristol's bridges and steep streets still remind me a little of home whenever the light catches the gorge right. On camera I like to show a place from two angles, the bridge deck and then the gorge floor below it, since neither view alone tells the full story. I have guided walking groups around the old city for years before moving these sessions onto video calls. I keep a steady pace and always leave time for questions about the engineering or the history.
