I have worked the bars along Hvar's harbour for years before ever picking up a camera for this, so I know exactly which stretch gets busy and when. On camera I walk the harbourfront once it lights up for the night, and on a separate call I help people plan which of the island's coves and nearby islands actually suit the time they have. I keep the tone straightforward rather than overselling anything, since a wasted boat trip costs more than it looks. Eight years of seeing both sides of Hvar keeps me fairly grounded about it.
