I worked for a few years at Stary Browar before I started guiding, so I know the building's history from the inside as well as its current life as a shopping and arts centre. On camera I like pointing out where the original brewery ironwork survives behind the newer art installations. In Jeżyce I show the market hall and streets where I actually spend my own weekends, rather than the more obvious tourist stops. I keep both sessions relaxed and I like sharing a city as it is lived in rather than only as it is visited.
