I worked for several years in museum education before I began guiding on video, so I know how to explain a heavy subject without losing anyone along the way. On the war museum call I stay outside in the courtyard and describe what is inside, since the exhibits themselves reward a slower, closer look than a screen can give. At the philharmonic I like to show how the old power station's brick shell was kept while everything inside became a concert hall. I studied history in Warsaw and I answer questions carefully rather than quickly.
