Manolis Roussounelos

I have worked around the beach clubs on the south coast for over a decade, first as a waiter and now running my own small beach bar near Super Paradise. On camera I like showing the clubs during the day when the music starts and the crowd is still arriving, rather than pretending it is something it is not. I also grew up eating in Ano Mera, so I run a short planning call for anyone wanting a proper taverna evening in the village rather than a beach club night. I keep things straightforward and answer questions plainly.
