I trained as a guide around Milan's cathedral long before video calls existed, and I still find new detail in its marble every time I point the camera at it from the rooftop terraces. My other session moves through Sforza Castle and the park behind it, where I like explaining how a defensive fortress became a home for several city museums. I keep my phone steady and my explanations layered, since first-time viewers and repeat visitors tend to ask very different questions. I speak slowly enough for non-native English speakers to follow every detail.
