I used to work sound at a couple of Camden's smaller venues before I started guiding, so I still know which nights are worth being near the canal for. My sessions cover the market stalls by day and the music venues as they open up in the evening, told by someone who has actually worked the doors rather than just visited. I keep the phone steady on the stalls and the canal boats, since that is the view most people picture when they think of Camden anyway. Eight years of watching the area change has given me a fair amount to compare against what it used to be.
