I worked seasons at the mud spa hotels before I started filming Pärnu instead of just working inside one building in it, and that history still shapes what I choose to show. My sessions often move along the river or the old fortification line, since those routes explain how a small Swedish-era port grew into a resort town. On camera I like pointing out details in brickwork or ironwork that most visitors walk straight past. I keep sessions unhurried, and I always leave the last few minutes free for whatever people want to ask about the town's spa history.
