Wazemmes market on a Sunday is the loudest, most crowded hour of my week, and it is my favourite thing to put on camera. My family has run a stall there for two generations, which is where the Flemish surname and the market instincts both come from. On a call I move slowly between stands rather than rushing the whole market into a few minutes, since the stallholders are half the story. I answer questions about specific ingredients before moving on rather than saving them for later. French and English both work fine for me.
