I trained as a painter before I started guiding, so Museum Ludwig is where I feel most useful on camera even though filming the collection itself is not allowed. I stand in the museum's courtyard and describe specific Picasso works from memory, colour and composition first, then what makes each one significant. I keep my sessions slower than most, since I think a single painting explained properly says more than a long list of names, and I would rather a viewer remember one work clearly than ten only vaguely.
