I run both of my sessions as calls rather than live walks, one helping people decide which of the city's many museums actually fits their interests, and one about how to plan a visit around the Anne Frank House's notoriously hard-to-get tickets. I like the call format because it lets me answer specific questions properly instead of rushing past them on a walk. I keep a formal, structured pace and send a short summary after each call. Regular viewers tell me they use these calls to plan the rest of their trip.
