I live two floors above Plaza de la Corredera, so I can be filming the market stalls below within minutes of waking, still in the quiet hour before the square fills properly. Flamenco is what pulled me into guiding, and on evening calls I try to catch a rehearsal through an open door in the Judería when a friend lets me. I never promise a particular singer will be there, since that changes night to night, but I do promise a real room rather than a stage built for visitors. Short, clear sentences work better on video than my old habit of long asides.
