Martina Gallo

I studied art history with a focus on religious architecture, so Turin Cathedral is the building I most enjoy explaining on camera. I walk the nave slowly, pointing out where the Shroud of Turin is kept, though it is rarely put on public display. Outside, I also cover the bell tower and the Roman gate standing right beside the cathedral, since the two structures span centuries of the same site's history. I keep my pace measured, since the cathedral rewards careful explanation rather than a quick pass. I take questions after each stop rather than only at the end.
