Martina Villa

I studied architecture with a focus on Italian rationalism, so Terragni's Casa del Fascio is where I feel most useful as a guide, filming its glass and marble facade from the square outside. My other session covers Como's Silk Museum, tracing an industry that shaped the city's economy for two centuries. I like connecting the two sessions, since Como's wealth from silk is part of what let its architects experiment so boldly later. I keep a clear, informative pace and answer technical questions happily.
