Mathieu Etcheverry

I have lived in Biarritz my whole life and I still think the Hôtel du Palais is the easiest way to explain the town's whole history in one building, since an empress basically built the place on a whim. I keep my sessions fairly brief and focused, more a quick, clear picture than a long wander. I speak English alongside French, and most of my viewers are people deciding whether Biarritz fits their trip, so I try to answer that question honestly rather than only showing the good parts. I point out the crowded months too, not just the quiet ones.
