I explain what stood on specific streets before the war and cover the memorial square with its empty chairs, a monument to the ghetto's deportees. I keep the tone factual and careful throughout rather than dramatic. Video works well for this material, since I can point the camera at a specific marker or chair and give it the time the explanation actually needs.
