I have spent more evenings than I can count along the river trying different small bars, so I have a mental map of which ones actually brew their own beer rather than just serving it. On camera I move along the water from one bar to the next, explaining what separates a local craft brewer from a bar just riding the trend. Away from guiding I still work part time pouring drinks, which is probably why I notice details most visitors miss entirely. My calls run at a relaxed pace, and I take drink questions as seriously as anyone could want.
