I trained briefly as a chef before guiding, so food and where it comes from is still what interests me most about this coast. On camera I like following what actually reaches a Kotor kitchen, from a shop window of mountain ham and cheese to a restaurant preparing the day's seafood, finishing at a bakery that has barely changed its recipes in decades. I also offer a short planning call for anyone deciding when to visit the cathedral's treasury, since the light inside changes considerably between morning and afternoon. I keep both sessions detailed and answer food questions at whatever depth someone wants.
