I live inside the walls of Kotor, on the second floor of a house older than most countries, with a cat that is not mine but eats at my place every day. Kotor is small and it gets busy when three cruise ships arrive at once, so I plan around the ship schedule and I will tell you honestly when a day is going to be crowded. I lead three things. The fortress climb, 1,350 steps up to San Giovanni, or the quieter Ladder of Kotor path behind it, which is the old mule track to Njeguši. A slow walk through the old town squares, churches and the cat museum. I studied tourism in Kotor and I speak Russian because half my clients used to need it. My sessions now run live on video from Kotor: I carry the phone, you watch from wherever you are and ask anything.
