I have cooked at a stall in Aarhus Street Food for a few years, so I know the market from behind a counter as much as in front of one. On camera I walk between stalls representing several different cuisines, explaining how the market occupies a former freight depot repurposed for food rather than built specifically for it. I point out a few vendors who have been here since the market opened. I keep my sessions close to the stalls themselves rather than the wider building.
