About Niels

Both of my sessions run in the evening, one along the riverside where bars fill up quickly and one around a market square that turns quiet and cafe-lined once the stalls pack away. I keep my commentary light and let the atmosphere do most of the work rather than turning either into a history lesson. I am one of the newer guides here, and I am still finding my own pace on camera, though I already know I prefer talking less rather than more.

How reviews work

Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.

Report this guide

Tell us what is wrong. Reports are reviewed by our team, usually within 2 business days. Knowingly false reports may lead to action against the reporter.
