Nutsa Dolidze

I trained as a historian before I started guiding, and Metekhi Church is the spot I keep coming back to because the cliff below it explains so much about why the old city sits where it does. On camera I hold on the church and the river together rather than one or the other, and I explain the site's history plainly instead of listing dates. I also lead calls up toward Holy Trinity Cathedral from the hill below, where its scale reads clearly. I answer history questions carefully, since I would rather be accurate than quick.
