Panos Lignos

I grew up walking the steps down to Ammoudi so often that I barely notice the climb back up anymore, which is probably why I like showing both the bay's tavernas and Oia's cliffside bars on separate sessions. On camera I try to capture the contrast between the two, the quiet working harbour below and the busy sunset crowd above. I keep my walks unhurried, especially on the steps, and I answer questions about specific bars and tavernas as we go rather than saving them for later.
