I trained as a gardener and spend most of my free time along the river, so the parks and gardens below the old town are where I feel most useful on camera. On a walk I follow the riverside path and the small garden tucked below the cathedral, pointing out plantings and river views most visitors never see because they stay on the higher streets. I keep both sessions outdoors in the fullest sense, since that is genuinely where I am most comfortable guiding. I answer questions about the plants and the river honestly, including when I am guessing at a species.
