Pieter Dekker

I spend most evenings around the Beestenmarkt, close enough to hear which terrace fills first once the weather turns, and I have guided that square on camera more often than any other spot in the city. I also walk the Oostpoort and the canal running beside it, since the old gate is easy to miss for anyone only heading toward the Markt. I try to keep each session to one clear idea, a gate, a square, a canal, rather than a long list, since I think that suits a video call better than a rushed walking tour would.
