My grandmother sold fish at the Triana market for forty years, and I spent most Saturdays of my childhood under her stall, eating olives and listening to her argue with customers. So when people ask me where to eat in Seville, I take it personally. I trained as a cook at the hotel school and worked six years in kitchens around the Alameda before I started guiding in 2015. I speak English and some French, and I will tell you honestly when a place is not worth the queue. If you are vegetarian, tell me before the tour, not at the first bar.
