I have run a small bar near Zocodover for years, so I know exactly which streets actually come alive once the day trippers leave and which stay quiet regardless of the hour. On camera I walk the evening streets around the square, pointing out which bars have been here for generations and which are newer arrivals. I keep the session loose and conversational rather than following a fixed script, since the neighbourhood itself sets the pace most nights. I am honest when a street is quiet on a given evening rather than pretending otherwise.
