I studied archaeology and spent a couple of seasons working on the excavation at Ancient Kamiros, so I still notice details in that street grid that most visitors would walk straight past. On camera I try to explain the layout clearly enough that the ancient city feels like an actual place rather than just scattered stones. I also grew up near Prasonisi, which is why I can explain so easily why one side of that sand spit stays rough while the other stays completely calm. I answer questions fully and keep my pace steady on both.
