Sabela Lago

I grew up a short walk from the Colegiata de Santa María do Sar, and the way its interior columns visibly lean has fascinated me since I was a child dragged along to mass there. On camera I explain what caused the lean and why the church has stood despite it for centuries. I also guide sessions at the Convento de San Francisco, said to have been founded by the saint himself during his own pilgrimage here. I keep my explanations grounded in what the stone itself shows rather than legend alone, though I am always honest about which parts are legend.
