I grew up five minutes from the Vrijthof, and I still notice things locals walk past every day, like why the basilica sits half a metre below the square built up around it. On camera I like a slow pace, holding the phone steady on a detail before I explain it, so you actually see what I am pointing at rather than just hearing about it. I studied art history here and use that to read a facade the way I would a page. What I enjoy most is a live question that sends the session somewhere I had not planned, because this city rewards that kind of curiosity.
