Sophie Kirkland

I run most of my calls from the Royal Albert Dock, where the restored warehouses now hold museums and bars instead of cargo. I like starting on the water itself before turning to the ironwork columns that once supported working cranes. I grew up along the Wirral side of the river and crossed on the ferry more times than I can count before I ever worked here. On a call I keep a relaxed pace and let people ask about anything they spot in the water.
