I have lived just off Krupowki my whole life and know which stalls and which taverns are worth the evening rather than just the tourist crowd passing through. My sessions usually end at one of the highland music taverns, where a local band plays and dances in traditional dress, and I explain the instruments and the style as we watch. Earlier in the session I usually cover the street itself, since it says a lot about how the town grew from a scattered highland village into Poland's main mountain resort. I keep things relaxed and let the evening set its own pace on camera.
