About Stavros
I grew up in Perissa long before it had much of a nightlife at all, so I have watched the beach bar strip grow gradually rather than arrive all at once. On camera I show the long black sand beach by day and the same strip after dark on a separate session, since the two feel like different places entirely. I keep my pace relaxed on both and I am happy to point out a specific bar or stretch of sand if someone asks.
