I work evenings on Rakovski Street, so I know exactly which balcony catches the last light over the gorge and when the street below fills up after dark. On camera I keep the frame low across the cliff edge tables, since the drop behind them is most of the point of sitting there at all. I grew up in Asenova Mahala just below, which comes up often when guests ask what it is like to actually live under a fortress rather than just visit one. I run relaxed, later sessions and I am quick to answer whatever question comes up.
