I have cooked and shopped at Zeleni Venac market since I was a child, so the stalls there still feel like an extension of my own kitchen. On camera I show what the market actually sells today and explain how burek and other pastries became Belgrade's default breakfast. I also run a planning call for anyone wanting a proper dinner in Skadarlija, working through the menu before they even book a table.
