Tamás Szabó

I have poured wine in the cellars of Szépasszony-völgy for most of my working life, so the valley is where I feel most useful on camera. I show a row of family run cellars cut straight into the hillside and explain what makes the local Bull's Blood different from reds made elsewhere in Hungary. I also run a short planning call for anyone who wants their cellar visits mapped out before they arrive rather than guessing on the day. I keep things brief and to the point on camera, since the wine and the cellars carry most of the session themselves.
