Thomas Bertrand

I came to guiding later than most, after twelve years working in tourism planning around the region, and I still enjoy the practical side of a call as much as the walking itself. I speak German alongside French and English, which brings a different kind of question than I get in other languages, usually more detailed and more specific. On video I try to keep a clear structure, since I know from my old job how much a good plan changes a visit. I also run planning calls rather than live walks, which suits travellers who want to think before they arrive.
