Thomas Higginbottom

I have been running calls from the town hall and the cathedral longer than most guides on this platform, and I still find something new in the stonework every few months, usually a carved detail I had not noticed before. On camera I like to stay on one facade for longer than feels natural at first, because Waterhouse put more into the details than a quick sweep ever shows. I worked as a heritage guide before video calls existed and switched over early. I answer questions properly rather than rushing back to a script.
