I worked for a decade in the old fish warehouses in Grandi before they became the food halls and workshops you see there now, so I know that harbour's transformation from the inside. On camera I like showing how a working fishing quarter turned into a creative one without losing its original buildings. Six years of guiding on video has taught me to slow down at the market stalls and let stallholders speak for themselves where I can. I answer questions live as they come and send a short note afterwards on where to find specific stalls.
