I have poured Kölsch for longer than I have guided, so the Brauhaus taverns are where my video sessions usually end, explaining the small-glass tradition and why it exists without ever offering a taste through the camera. I walk between two or three traditional houses near the old town, pointing out details in the wood panelling that mark the older ones apart from newer imitations. I keep the tone relaxed rather than formal, since the taverns themselves are not formal places, and I think the session should match that.
