I have worked in and around the market square's bars for most of my working life, so the cellar bars and the streets just off the square are where I am most useful as a guide. On the cellar call I like showing the vaulted brick up close, since most visitors never realise how far these spaces extend beneath the square. On the Szewska Street call I stay at one table and just describe the evening building around me. I keep both sessions relaxed and a little informal, matching the subject.
