Tommaso Serra

I have worked around San Lorenzo's markets for years, and my sessions move through the covered Mercato Centrale, camera close on stalls of cured meat, cheese and fresh produce piled high under the iron and glass roof. I explain a little about specific Tuscan products as we pass, without ever suggesting you can taste them through the screen. I keep the pace lively inside the market, then slow down once we step back out into the surrounding streets. I answer food questions in detail, since that is what most people ask about.
