I have run a small boat between the harbour and the Pakleni Islands for years, so I know exactly which coves are worth the crossing and which only look good from a distance. On camera I show the islands from the water taxi itself, then on a different day I cross the island inland to the lavender fields near Velo Grablje. Both sides of Hvar rarely make it into the same trip, which is part of why I like covering them separately. Seven years of doing this has made me fairly precise about timing both.
