Vasil Hristov

I trained as a guide focused on Sofia's early twentieth-century architecture, and the Ivan Vazov National Theatre is still the building I most enjoy showing, since its neoclassical facade sits at the centre of a small park that has stayed a gathering spot for the city for over a century. On camera I circle the theatre and the garden in front of it, pointing out the fountain most locals still use as a landmark. I keep a warm, informative pace and welcome questions about the theatre's programme. Video suits a theatre facade well, since the camera can hold the whole building and garden together in one frame.
