About Volkan
I have guided sunset sessions in Rose Valley for years, and I still time each one differently depending on the clouds that day. On camera I try to reach the viewpoint just as the rock starts changing colour, since that moment does not last long. I also run a shorter call for anyone planning their own balloon morning, going through timing and what to expect without repeating what is on every general website. I keep things brief and useful rather than filling time with extra detail.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
