This session walks Cais do Sodre after dark, from the street painted pink and lined with bars to the converted market hall nearby. You see the street itself filling up for the evening, then the market hall's shift from daytime food stalls to nighttime bars. I have worked behind bars in this exact area for most of my adult life.
We start with a sound check on the pink street, then move toward the market hall for the second stop, taking your questions about the area's history and its evening crowd. I send a short list of names afterwards, with a note on timing.
